For many years at Ak-taş, we have been organizing our Rooftop Seminars, where we come together with distinguished academics, professors, authors, and experts in their fields to contribute to the personal and professional development of our employees.

This month, our guest was author Banu Tozluyurt, and we gathered around the theme that carries the same title as her book: “Women Who Create Their Own Footprint.”

We enjoyed an inspiring and engaging conversation on women’s place in business life, equal opportunities, and gender balance. At the end of the event, we shared Banu Tozluyurt’s book of the same name with our employees.
