IV. YABITED Vegetable Oil Congress, which was organized by the Oil Science and Technology Association (YABITED) in every two years, was held on 18-19 April 2019 in Istanbul Cevahir Hotel Asia. The aim of YABITED, which is a member of Euro Fed Lipid under the name of Turkish Lipid Group, is to bring together academicians, industrialists and public employees in a scientific and economic platform like in previous congresses. Total of 22 papers were presented during the attendance with over 200 guests. Ak-tas Dis Ticaret A.S. provided significant support to the Congress as “golden sponsor”.
